In 1938, the church constructed new additions accomodating larger gatherings, silent movies, and social dances. Eventually, the congregation moved to a new building and the space was sold to become a private day care center. Years later, dreams were realized for Brent Hawker when he saw magic in the Northampton House and transformed it into an event center; with the American Fork City Historical Preservation Committee in full support of curating a landmark and center in the community.

The Northampton House is now home to thousands of memories, with hundreds of people happy to claim this stunning venue as part of their story. Our venue is still blossoming in the heart of Utah County, now finding it's way into the hearts of each resident.
